Job summary

Six Flags St. Louis is seeking a strong leader for the Admissions department to help create a welcoming, energetic environment and support both guests and staff.

You will guide a dedicated team, ensure smooth daily operations, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences that distinguish the park. Responsibilities include overseeing Guest Relations and Admissions, managing schedules, coaching employees, and maintaining professional guest interactions while keeping a clean, efficient register

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 17.
• Excellent verbal skills and ability to interact with guests positively.
• Computer knowledge including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; knowledge of Six Flags applications preferred.
• 1 year Admissions experience preferred.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the Guest Relations and Admissions areas.
• Perform all Guest Relations and Admissions duties.
• Help maintain, approve and adjust schedules/timesheets for Guest Relations and Admissions team members including Phone Operators, Rentals, Lost Parents, etc.
