Six Flags St. Louis is seeking Park Services Leadership team members to help maintain a safe, friendly, and clean park environment, interact with guests, and support fellow team members with daily tasks and inspections.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old and available for weekend shifts and varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Outdoor work in all weather, strong written and oral communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential; training will be provided.

Formación

• Minimum age 16 and able to work weekend shifts.
• Willing to work at least 2 shifts during weekend-only operation and 4 shifts during daily operation.
• Willing to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; outdoor work in various weather conditions; strong communication skills; professional and team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a safe, friendly, and clean work environment
• Perform all Park Services Team Member duties efficiently
• Train Park Services Team Members to perform duties correctly and efficiently while adhering to all Six Flags policies and standards
• Interact with guests and team members professionally, assisting with issues as needed
• Assist in coordinating and organizing Team Member work assignments and breaks
• Maintain appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies
• Complete reports such as training logs, rotation grids, maintenance reports, and others as necessary
• Perform daily safety and cleanliness audits and inspections
• Maintain Six Flags Guest First standards
• Other duties deemed necessary by the Park Services Leadership team
