The Aquatics Supervisor oversees the daily operation of the Aquatics department at Great Escape Lodge, ensuring all team members collaborate to uphold Six Flags standards. This role emphasizes safety, staffing, and guest service within the waterpark environment.

Responsibilities include training staff to Ellis and Associates standards, performing daily inspections, managing break schedules, and coaching employees. Competitive hourly pay and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Responsabilités

• Attend a Lifeguard Training Program and be certified as Special Facilities lifeguard
• Complete daily inspections and document results
• Create and rotate break schedules for the area
• Coach and document employee events and discipline
• Train team members per Six Flags and Great Escape standards
• Ensure proper staffing
• Operate waterpark ride attractions within scope
• Apply the 10/20 Protection Rule to prevent aquatic emergencies
• Perform rescues and lifesaving techniques as required
• Attend at least 4 hours of related in-service training each month
