Job summary

Charlotte Aquatics is seeking an outstanding leader to join our Leadership Team. This role goes beyond management; you will mentor an incredible staff, build meaningful relationships with families, and help shape the culture of one of Charlotte's most trusted swim schools.

You’ll coach and develop staff, support families, solve problems thoughtfully, and help create an environment where both employees and customers genuinely love being part of Charlotte Aquatics.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience
• Experience in education, early childhood development, youth programs, or recreation
• Strong customer service or hospitality experience
• Experience coaching or developing employees
• A passion for swimming, water safety, or making a difference in your community

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop staff; coach leaders on best practices.
• Build meaningful relationships with families and staff.
• Shape and maintain a positive, inclusive culture across the organization.
• Lead daily operations and long-term planning; solve problems thoughtfully.
