Job summary

Charlotte Aquatics in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support instructors, maintain safety, and ensure an excellent experience for students. No prior experience required; love for children and a positive personality are essential.

You will engage students, help them practice while the instructor teaches, and work in a supportive team that values training, advancement, and flexibility with full- and part-time shifts.

About the Role:

The Teaching Assistant’s role is to assist the instructor in teaching the students, maintaining safety and order, and ensuring an excellent experience. The teaching assistant is responsible for engaging the students and having them practice while the instructor is teaching an individual student. Previous experience is not necessary, but a love for working with children and a positive personality are essential.
