Job summary

Watermelon Swim in Riverview, FL is seeking leaders to drive excellence in aquatics programs and operations. You will oversee instructors, customer service teams, and daily site activities to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for swimmers and families.

Key responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, and program growth, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting organizational goals.

Depending on experience and qualifications, candidates may be considered for leadership roles including Site Manager, Aquatics Manager, or Assistant Aquatics Manager.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and support a team of instructors and customer service professionals

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership experience in aquatics, recreation, education, or a related field

• Ability to work 2-3 evenings (2 p.m.-8:15 p.m.) and 1 weekend day (7:30 a.m.-2:15 p.m.) per week
