Job summary

Charlotte Aquatics in Charlotte, NC is seeking an outstanding leader to join our Leadership Team. This role extends beyond management, giving you the chance to mentor a dedicated staff, build meaningful relationships with families, and help shape the culture of one of Charlotte’s trusted swim schools.

As a manager, you’ll coach and develop staff, support families, and address challenges with thoughtful, calm leadership.
