Job summary

Veolia’s Water Technology team in New Jersey is seeking a detail‑oriented quote‑to‑PO coordinator for municipal Aquaray UV systems, translating customer needs into precise quotes and shepherding orders to completion.

You will serve as the key link between outside sales, customers, and internal teams, build customer profiles in SAP, generate quotations, manage multiple requests, and coordinate with finance, procurement, and the commercial group to move deals forward.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in operations, customer service, order coordination, parts support, or administrative support; OR 2+ years experience in technical/support roles, preferably in water industry.
• Ability to learn SAP and Salesforce quickly.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer requests and clarify their needs to create accurate quotes.
• Learn UV Systems product line and parts catalog.
• Build customer profiles in SAP and generate quotations through to purchase order.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer requests with accurate records.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, and the commercial team to move deals forward.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams via email and phone to resolve questions and keep orders on track.
• Track sales information in Salesforce and SAP.
• Identify process improvements and take initiative on follow-ups.
