Job summary

Maravai LifeSciences in San Diego is seeking a Quotation Coordinator I to support our Commercial organization by preparing quotes and pricing. You will work closely with Sales BD managers, Alliance Managers, customers, and partners to ensure timely and accurate pricing information.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service while leveraging knowledge of our services and products. A science background and strong English communication are required, with German or French skills a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Science background highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English language.
• Working language proficiency in an additional language such as German and French preferred but not required.
• Formal communication skills and ability to write responses for internal teams.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset and strong numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive client instructions and generate quotations from various sources.
• Meet deadlines by prioritizing research, writing, editing, and reviewing quotes.
• Collaborate with multiple departments within the organization.
• Serve as a central contact for quotation activities and provide reports to the sales team.
• Communicate with internal teams involved in completing quotations.
• Coordinate receipt of all information needed for final quotes.
• Log and track quotes through Salesforce CRM.
• Attend internal calls to review sales activities.
