Job summary

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
3–5 years supporting a field sales organization in life sciences or high-tech industries.
Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word); SAP S/4HANA preferred.
Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to review customer purchase orders, including terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

Support quotes with pricing and configurations for customers.
Coordinate and manage incoming sales orders for timely fulfillment.
Serve as liaison between customers and sales to resolve inquiries and issues.
Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates.
Collaborate with finance, logistics, and other internal groups to ensure seamless execution of orders.
