Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced APS Program Analyst to maintain the APS Master Tracker and oversee coordination of Addenda, SOIs, and full applications across multiple processes for U.S. Department of State programs. The role emphasizes documentation control, eligibility reviews, and award support.

Ideal candidates have five years of experience in U.S. foreign assistance workflows, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid Washington, DC

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in public administration, international affairs, public health, business, data management, or related field.
  • At least five years supporting U.S. government foreign assistance, grants, cooperative agreements, and/or contracts.
  • Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven workflows with multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Strong Excel skills including data validation and pivot tables.
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • French language fluency.
  • U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the APS Master Tracker, Planning Tracker, Selection Log, and associated process records.
  • Coordinate schedules, records, and communications across concurrent APS processes.
  • Prepare TER summaries, selection memoranda, and reviewer materials.
  • Track and report on submission milestones, eligibility, and award data.
  • Support CPD, NOFOs, and post-award documentation with controlled access and archival practices.
