Job summary

MSSI, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support CPE IEW&S programs at APG, MD. The role requires ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance and to manage programs across lifecycle phases.

The position involves monitoring IMS/EVM, developing IMPs/IMSs, and leading knowledge management efforts, with a focus on performance metrics and risk analysis for efficient contract execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Engineering, Business or Sciences.
• Minimum 14 years in acquisition/program management.
• DAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and use the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and EVM for planning and execution.
• Review progress and performance metrics to identify variances from plan.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plans (IMPs) and IMSs.
• Support knowledge management: document lessons learned and SME knowledge.
• Perform risk analysis to identify critical path issues.
• Prepare briefing materials for the CPE level.
