Job summary

Credence is seeking an experienced APS Program Analyst to support the U.S. Department of State’s Global Health Security and Diplomacy portfolio.

This role maintains the APS master tracker, coordinates planning and review cycles, and ensures compliant documentation across multiple concurrent processes. The position requires five years of relevant experience, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in public administration, international affairs, public health, business, data management, or related field.
  • At least five years of experience supporting U.S. government foreign assistance, grants, cooperative agreements, and/or contracts.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced skills in Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to handle procurement-sensitive information with discretion and comply with COI/NDAs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and attention to detail.
  • U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Operate under the direction of the FA Hub APS Manager and coordinate with MRP Chairs, Grants Officers, and GHSD staff.
  • Maintain APS trackers, master records, and action dashboards for transparency and compliance.
  • Support TER, merit review, CPD, NOFO, and award documentation with consistency and accuracy.
  • Ensure procurement records are complete, auditable, and properly archived.
