Job summary

Dallas College is seeking a staff member to support workforce development initiatives, apprenticeship programs, and data-driven project delivery. The role focuses on ensuring data integrity and compliance across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing course files, supporting grant-funded activities, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to meet milestones and reporting needs. On-site role with potential hybrid options after six months.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; or HS diploma with 2+ years in workforce development/apprenticeship projects.
• Experience collecting and maintaining sensitive confidential documentation and data for programs.
• Two years collecting and managing large amounts of data for complex projects.
• Excellent communication and coordination with corporate, employer partners and stakeholders.
• Experience with internal systems such as Workday, Datatel/Colleague-screens or Marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to track timelines and performance towards project milestones.
• Assist grant-funded activities, including data tracking, reporting and deliverables.
• Manage apprenticeship/workforce development project processes, budgeting and reporting.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to meet program goals and timelines.
• Maintain large databases and generate reports and communications as required.
