Qualifications

Associate's degree (preferred) or High School Diploma with two (2) years' experience in workforce development and/or apprenticeship projects (required).
Experience coordinating internships, work-based learning, and work experience opportunities.

Responsibilities

Analyze data and timelines to meet project milestones and grant deliverables.
Track budgets, invoicing, and reporting for apprenticeship programs.
Maintain participant records and course documentation with audit-ready accuracy.
Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and data integrity.
Collaborate with employers, training providers, and internal teams to support program goals.
