Job summary

Dallas College is seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Development & Apprenticeship Project Coordinator to support grant-funded workforce training and apprenticeship initiatives. The role involves coordinating projects, managing program data, supporting apprenticeship activities, and ensuring successful delivery of workforce development programs that strengthen our community and regional workforce.

Qualifications

Associate's degree (preferred) or high school diploma with two years’ experience in workforce development or apprenticeship projects.
Experience collecting and managing large amounts of workforce data for complex projects.
Excellent communication and coordination with partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze data, timelines, and performance goals to drive project completion.
Assist with grant-funded activities, tracking trainees, revenues, and deliverables.
Support apprenticeship and workforce development project management, including budgeting and reporting.
Set goals, motivate team members, and delegate tasks to achieve milestones.
Use RAPIDS/Appian or similar systems to track grants and apprenticeships.
Maintain detailed databases and generate reports for stakeholders.
