• Experience with internal systems such as Workday, Datatel/Colleague, Marketplace, Excel, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to track timelines and performance toward project milestones.
• Assist with grant-funded activities, tracking trainees, apprentices, and revenues/expenditures.
• Support apprenticeship/workforce development project management, including budgeting and reporting.
• Foster partnerships with employers and educational programs to create employment pathways.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program improvements and data quality.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports and communications to stakeholders.
