Job summary

Dallas College is seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Development & Apprenticeship Project Coordinator to support grant-funded workforce initiatives and apprenticeship programs. The role involves coordinating projects, managing program data, and ensuring successful delivery to learners and employers.

You will work across teams with partners, tracking milestones, documentation, and reporting while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Associate degree (preferred) or high school diploma with two years’ workforce development experience.
Knowledge of WIOA Youth requirements, reporting, and performance measures.
Experience developing employer partnerships and coordinating internships and work-based learning.
Two years collecting and managing large datasets for complex projects.
Proficiency with internal systems (Excel, Salesforce, Marketplace).

Responsibilities

Analyze data to track timelines and performance goals for project completion.
Assist with grant-funded activities, tracking data for trainees and apprentices.
Support apprenticeship and workforce development project management, including budgeting and reporting.
Set goals and motivate team members to achieve milestones.
Coordinate with internal and external partners to advance multiparty initiatives.
Maintain large, detailed database and generate reports.
