Job summary

Dallas College is seeking a staff member to support day-to-day logistics of workforce development, apprenticeship initiatives, and related project activities. This role focuses on data accuracy, process enforcement, and coordination with employers and educational partners.

You will manage course files, track milestones, and generate reports while handling confidential information. Strong teamwork, systems literacy (Excel, Salesforce, Workday/Colleague), and the ability to navigate multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred or 2 years’ related experience in workforce development/apprenticeship.
• Experience with Excel, Salesforce and internal systems for data management.
• Bilingual or multilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to assess timelines and performance goals for projects.
• Assist grant-funded activities with data tracking and reporting.
• Support apprenticeship/workforce projects, including budgeting and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to meet milestones.
