Job summary

Quince is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support onboarding, training audits, and cross-training initiatives across PM shifts. You will lead onboarding sessions, oversee trainer performance, and drive accountability to ensure consistent quality and engagement.

Strong communication and analytical thinking are essential to success. This evening-facing role focuses on auditing training delivery, maintaining dashboards, and partnering with supervision to identify risks and support

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree.
• 2–3 years in training, facilitation, or learning & development (warehouse/ops preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal).
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit trainer delivery for SOP adherence and use of training materials.
• Provide coaching to improve trainer effectiveness and engagement.
• Maintain consistent training standards across PM trainers.
• Lead onboarding sessions for PM shift new hires.
• Track new hire training progress and early retention.
• Collaborate with supervisors to identify risks or support needs for new hires.
• Maintain onboarding dashboards and weekly leadership updates.
• Track cross-training progress across departments and report outcomes.
• Identify training gaps and propose solutions to raise multi-skill readiness.
• Serve as primary PM training ops contact when the Learning Manager is unavailable.
• Lead trainer meetings and communicate process changes.
