QA Ltd in Beaverton is seeking an AI Leadership Apprenticeship Trainee to lead AI transformation learning and strategy development. You will work with employers and SMEs to equip business leaders with skills to identify, evaluate and implement AI opportunities responsibly, driving measurable business impact.

The role focuses on building capabilities in AI strategy, governance and change management, with real-world case studies and senior stakeholder engagement to foster AI-enabled transformation

Competenze

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in AI, Data, Digital Transformation, CS, Business Tech or related discipline.
• Understanding of AI technologies, capabilities and limitations.
• Experience leading or supporting AI, digital transformation or innovation initiatives.
• Understanding of AI governance, ethics, risk management and regulatory considerations.
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

About The Role

As an AI Leadership Apprenticeship Trainer, you will be at the forefront of AI and digital transformation learning, delivering innovative programmes that equip business leaders with the knowledge and skills required to identify, evaluate and implement AI opportunities responsibly. Working with employers and subject matter experts, you will inspire learners to develop AI strategies, assess organisational readiness, evaluate risk, and lead AI-driven transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about AI innovation, business transformation, and delivering engaging learning experiences that create measurable business impact.

Role Responsibilities

Essential

Your Experience/Skills:

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent industry experience in AI, Data, Digital Transformation, Computer Science, Business Technology or a related discipline.
• Understanding of AI technologies, capabilities and limitations.
• Experience leading or supporting AI, digital transformation or innovation initiatives.
• Understanding of AI governance, ethics, risk management and regulatory considerations.
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent facilitation, interaction and engagement techniques
• Passion for lifelong learning and professional development.

Desirable

• Previous experience delivering apprenticeship, professional or corporate training programmes.
• Experience creating AI strategies, business cases or transformation roadmaps.
• A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of emerging AI tools and enterprise AI solutions
