Signet Jewelers invites entry‑level and experienced Jewelers to join our Field Design & Service Center teams in the Charlotte area. You will start as an Apprentice Jeweler, complete administrative tasks and polishing, and advance to Bench Jeweler with responsibilities in stone setting, sizing and repair.

We restore jewelry to its original beauty and deliver a Customer‑First experience that exceeds expectations, with growth opportunities across our U.S. service centers and branded stores.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years Bench Jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades working with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation.
• Customer service minded individuals with a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends
• Full‑time 40‑hour work week with seasonal required overtime

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative tasks and polish jewelry, advancing to Bench Jeweler.
• Stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair responsibilities.
• Restore jewelry to its original beauty and design custom pieces.
• Deliver a Customer‑First experience that exceeds expectations.
