Signet Jewelers is hiring entry-level and experienced Jewelers to join our Field Design & Service Center teams. As an Apprentice Jeweler, you will complete administrative tasks and polish jewelry, eventually advancing to Bench Jeweler.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years Bench Jeweler or related skilled trades experience with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service oriented with a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Polish jewelry and restore pieces to original beauty.
• Perform stone setting, sizing, and jewelry repair tasks.
• Create custom designs and jewelry mountings.
• Assist with fabrication, casting, and related bench work.
• Support wax carving and CAD/CAM design for pieces.
• Work with team to deliver a Customer-First experience.
