Signet Jewelers invites entry-level and experienced jewelers to join our Field Design & Service Center teams. As an Apprentice Jeweler you will complete administrative tasks and polish jewelry, advancing to bench jeweler with responsibilities in stone setting, sizing, polishing, and repair.

We restore jewelry to its original beauty and design custom pieces while delivering a Customer-First experience that exceeds expectations.

Qualifications

• High school degree preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years bench jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades working with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Customer service minded with a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks and polish jewelry, progressing to bench jeweler responsibilities.
• Restore jewelry to its original beauty and design custom pieces.
• Set stones, size, polish, and repair jewelry as part of field design & service center work.
• Deliver a Customer-First experience that exceeds expectations.
