Job summary

Signet Jewelers in the Field Design & Service Center is hiring entry-level and experienced jewelers. An Apprentice Jeweler role includes completing administrative tasks and polishing jewelry, with potential advancement to Bench Jeweler.

You will perform stone setting, sizing, polishing and jewelry repair, restoring pieces to their original beauty and delivering custom designs with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years Bench Jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades working with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation.
• Customer service minded individuals with a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full‑time 40‑hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative tasks and polish jewelry, with potential advancement to Bench Jeweler.
• Set stones, size, polish, and repair jewelry.
• Restore jewelry to its original beauty and design custom pieces.
• Deliver a Customer‑First experience that exceeds expectations.
