Surface Experts - Richmond West is seeking a hands-on technician to repair and restore surfaces with color-matching accuracy. You will help tenants and property teams, track progress in our dispatch system, and apply a distinctive 5-step repair process with the right toolkit.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, teamwork, and creative problem-solving, with clear paths for advancement and paid training.

We Offer:

Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses

Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs

Pay raise following paid training completion

Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician

No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)

Weekly team meetings

Requirements

Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby

An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

Hiring Process
