Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Technician to perform surface repairs on floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets and more. The role emphasizes problem-solving creativity and delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

We Offer

• Pay range of $20 to $23 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
• No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
