Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Technician to repair surfaces with care and creativity, including floors, countertops, cabinets, and more. You will deliver friendly customer service and precise repairs following a standard process to ensure high-quality outcomes.

No weekends or late nights; the role includes paid training, a clear four-week track to advancement, and various benefits such as holidays, time off, wellness stipends, and tool allowances.

Qualifications

• Experience using hands-on trades in construction, manufacturing, painting, or hobbies.
• Ability to identify and match colors accurately.
• Willingness to learn the company’s 5-step repair process.

• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team with questions.

We Offer

• Pay range of $20 to $24 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Pay raise following paid training completion

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
