Surface Experts of Gilbert - Queen Creek is seeking a Hands-on Technician to repair surfaces with care and creativity. You will work on floors, countertops, cabinets, and related surfaces, following our standard 5-step repair process to deliver high-quality results.

This role offers $20–$25 per hour with a monthly bonus program, paid holidays, and paid time off. Training with a clear four-week track leads to growth, with no weekends or late shifts, and a focus on exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
