Job summary

Surface Experts of North Austin is seeking a hands-on Surface Repair Technician to service client sites in the Austin area. You’ll diagnose minor damage on floors, countertops, and other surfaces, then perform repairs that typically take less than an hour while delivering world-class customer service.

You will work with a franchise team, enjoy a four-week paid training track, opportunities for advancement, and a schedule without weekends or late nights.

• Have experience working with your hands - Could come varied sources: construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
