Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Apprentice Optician to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will help customers choose frames and lenses, take measurements, and ensure accurate fittings while upholding brand standards.

As part of the Apprentice Program, you will learn optical theory, merchandising, and customer service excellence, with hands-on coaching and a focus on Right the First Time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Part of a sanctioned Apprentice Program.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener and team builder.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain the process to them.
• Assist in selecting frames and lenses suitable for vision, lifestyle and budget.
• Take and record measurements; adjust eyewear accurately.
• Explain LensCrafters guarantees, care tips, and services to customers.
• Operate the POS terminal with accuracy and process payments.
