Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Apprentice Optician to create exceptional value for customers by delivering the LensCrafters Experience and ensuring customers are delighted through our selling model.

You will assist customers with frame and lens selection, perform measurements, dispense eyewear, and explain guarantees and services. This role requires strong customer service skills and familiarity with optical theory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Part of an Apprentice Program.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener and team builder.
• Knowledge of optical theory and current merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain the process clearly.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses.
• Take measurements and dispense eyewear.
• Educate customers on warranties, care tips, and services.
• Operate the POS accurately and handle payments as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure proper display setup.
