Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Part of a sanctioned Apprentice Program.
• Strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear merchandise.
• Familiarity with store merchandise and sales.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Awareness of fashion trends.
• Sales and service skills.
• Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators.
• Openness to learning and embracing new technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the LensCrafters Experience to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to vision, lifestyle and budget.
• Take measurements and dispense eyewear accurately.
• Explain processing times and One Hour delivery expectations to customers.
• Educate customers on warranties, care tips and post-sale services.
• Operate POS and handle transactions with accuracy and security.
