• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service and a positive guest experience.
• Train and develop crew members using Chipotle’s training tools.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Learn to run day-to-day operations: scheduling, P&L, forecasting, recruiting.
• Keep dining room clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operations, and compliance standards.
• Work a standard 50-hour week with overtime where applicable.
