Placements24 is seeking an Apprentice IT Support Technician for remote work, supporting users across multiple locations. This entry-level opportunity provides hands-on training in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues via remote tools.

You will deliver remote technical assistance, document issues and resolutions in a knowledge base, and assist with user account and permission management, while developing practical IT skills.
