CDW is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on and remote support for end-user desktop devices across the Denver area. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, manage tickets, and assist with printers, VPN, and MS Office issues.
The role requires strong customer service, documentation, and teamwork, with backups in a small engineering-adjacent environment where CAD tools knowledge is a plus. Standard hours 8-5, six-month contract, on-site support.
The IT Support Technician will be providing both hands-on and remote technical support for end-user desktop computer devices to all employees, supporting a variety of technical issues including hardware/software/application/tools support, break/fix for hardware, laptops, tablets and other devices, printers/scanners/copiers/plotters, support network connectivity, AD, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, wireless and remote access VPN, MS Office Suite support.
This person will have excellent end-user (customer) support and service skills and committed to follow-through and resolution, performing diagnostics, taking corrective actions for hardware, software, and peripheral equipment as necessary.
Experience supporting, Outlook/Teams issues, o365 environment, Windows 10 and 11.
