Job summary

CEC is seeking an Apprentice Electrician to join our team in a fast-growing, safety-driven environment. The role involves assisting in the installation, alteration, and repair of electrical systems under supervision of Journeyman and Master Electricians in commercial and industrial settings.

Responsibilities include preparing job sites, wiring, and equipment installation while adhering to National Electrical Code and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain and renew annually a State approved Electrical Apprentice License (license in TX).

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, maintain and test electrical equipment and wiring systems in commercial/industrial settings.
• Prepare work area for installation of equipment and ensure orderly, safe conditions.
• Connect wiring and equipment per code and job specs.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care of tools and equipment.
• Travel up to 15% may be required based on company needs.
