Qualifications

• Must obtain and renew annually a State approved Electrical Apprentice License (must be licensed in TX).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assembly, installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical equipment.
• Prepares work area for installation of equipment.
• Installs or helps install electrical components.
• Connects wiring and equipment as per code.
• Demonstrates safe work habits and proper care of tools.
• Assists in wire pulls, mounting, and strapping.

Education

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
