Job summary

Aquarius Gaming, LLC is seeking an Apprentice Barback to support beverage operations, keep stock, assist bartenders and servers, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar. This entry-level position trains you in bartending basics while delivering excellent guest service and upholding operational standards.

Ideal candidates are at least 21, with a high school diploma or equivalent, able to communicate in English, and willing to obtain required work cards.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service in line with our guest service culture
• Assist bartenders, beverage servers, and bar porters to ensure cleanliness and product availability
• Clean and sanitize beverage stations, bar tops, floors, and equipment
• Refill and stock garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies
• Learn and perform bartender responsibilities as assigned, including responsible beverage service
• Follow proper cash handling and POS procedures
• Receive, issue, and maintain records of liquor and bar supplies
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls where applicable
• Provide outstanding guest service to guests and team members
• Perform other duties as assigned
