Job summary

Champion Window is seeking a Call Center Representative to ensure appointment accuracy, monitor call quality, and input data accurately. This role supports inbound and outbound calls for appointment setting and service requests, with opportunities to pilot new programs before external rollout.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Shifts include 9:00 am–5:30 pm or 10:00 am–6:30 pm (Pay $16.25/hr); second shift 12:30 pm–9:00 pm ($16.75/hr).

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of call center or customer care experience.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service.
• Excellent typing and grammar skills.
• Process focused; structure and consistency.
• Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Call quality assurance: verify data against appointment data and correct discrepancies.
• Pilot new programs before external rollout.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for appointment setting and verification.
• Prepare and publish weekly training and program accuracy reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
