As an Appointment Setter at Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits, your role is simple:

Create an exceptional first impression and get qualified clients booked.

This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations and real earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Follow up with warm leads who have already expressed interest (approx. 100+ calls daily)
• Build rapport fast and make every client feel heard and valued
• Ask the right questions to understand needs, motivations, and timing
• Confidently guide clients to book their portrait session (at least a minimum of 30+ booked appointments weekly)
• Overcome objections with professionalism and ease
• Consistently hit and exceed booking targets
