Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Are you goal-driven, persuasive, and ready to make an impact from the comfort of your home? Join Perma-Seal Basement Systems, a trusted name in home solutions, and help us connect with our large existing customer base to promote our new insulation services.

We’re looking for a Remote Appointment Setter who is more than just friendly on the phone—you’re a closer. Someone who knows how to guide a conversation, meet call goals, and convert interest into scheduled appointments. If that sounds like you, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers and schedule free insulation service inspections
  • Close calls by meeting weekly appointment-setting goals and KPIs
  • Follow up via phone and email to generate strong leads (customer lists provided!)
  • Accurately log interactions and outcomes in our CRM system
  • Participate in weekly virtual team meetings via Google Meet


Position Details:

  • Part-time: 20–30 hours/week
  • Remote/work from home
  • Flexible schedule with performance expectations
  • $20 Hourly + Bonus!


What You Bring:

  • A results-oriented mindset and drive to meet or exceed goals
  • Confidence and skill in closing outbound calls by setting appointments
  • Strong phone presence with professional communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
  • High school diploma or GED
