Role Overview
As an Appointment Setter at Modernspot Digital, you'll be responsible for engaging with qualified leads on LinkedIn using our proven messaging framework. You’ll work closely with our team to optimize your LinkedIn profile, follow our outreach process, and book high-quality discovery calls for our sales team.
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and maintain a professional LinkedIn profile that aligns with Modernspot Digital’s brand and outreach strategy.
- Conduct outbound lead generation exclusively through LinkedIn, using messages provided by our team.
- Reach out to pre-vetted leads on LinkedIn and other social networks like Facebook and Instagram using our proven framework and scripts.
- Reach out to 75 leads per day.
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls directly into our sales calendar.
- Log daily activities, leads contacted, and booked appointments.
- Participate in daily department check-ins and share progress in our Slack workspace.
- Follow company standards, outreach templates, and communication guidelines consistently.
Requirements
- Solid written communication skills (professional, clear, and personable).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for business/networking purposes.
- Highly organized and accountable — able to track conversations, follow up, and report consistently.
- Coachable and able to follow systems, scripts, and feedback.
- Must be comfortable working in Slack for team communication and updates.
- Self-motivated with a results-first mindset.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Prior experience in LinkedIn outreach, appointment setting, or sales.
- Understanding of marketing agencies or the digital marketing space.
- Experience using CRM tools, Calendly, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Compensation
- This is a commission-based role only, with pay per booked appointment.
- Top performers will have growth opportunities within the team and can earn bonuses or more consistent projects over time.
Additional Requirements
- Have at least 500 connections on LinkedIn.
- Experience in appointment scheduling.
