Job Description: Appointment Setter

Seeking an Appointment Setter with 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing and phone prospecting to schedule sales appointments with small/medium business owners. The role involves making 13-20 calls per hour to suspects and prospects, generating interest, qualifying leads, and setting appointments. Compensation includes an hourly base pay plus a bonus. You MUST be able to work during Eastern time zone business hours and be a US citizen.

• Cold call 13-20 suspects and prospects per hour
• Meet or exceed daily conversation goals

• Achieve daily metrics

Minimum Requirements

• Recent B2B cold calling experience (within last 2 years)
• Stable internet connection
• Fully functional computer and headset
• A quiet work environment
• Ability to work during Eastern Time Zone hours
• This is a 1099 contract role, approximately 20 hours/week
• Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience
