Job summary

Suture Systems builds the systems that help private clinics capture and book patients after hours. This role is an independent contractor position with no base pay and compensation strictly by commission.

You’ll reach out to clinic owners and practice managers by phone, presenting the After-Hours Check results and scheduling follow-up calls when there’s mutual interest. You can set your own hours, work remotely, and scale your effort by the number of clinics you convert.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B phone sales or appointment setting.
• Comfortable with high-volume calls and gatekeepers.
• Healthcare/esthetics knowledge is a plus.

Job description

Suture Systems builds the systems that answer and book patients for private clinics after the front desk goes home: med spas, dental implant practices, plastic surgeons and hormone clinics. Most clinics lose patients at night and on weekends without ever knowing it. We show them where it happens and we fix it.

The role

You'll contact clinic owners and practice managers by phone and get them onto a 15-minute call with our founder. You won't be cold pitching. Before you reach out, each clinic has been put through our free "After-Hours Check": a review of their site on a phone, plus one call to their main line after close. You open with what we found at their practice and offer to send the full results. Most owners want to see their own results.

What you'll do

• - Run the after-hours call test on the next day's list (about 15 minutes a night)
• - Call clinics with their check results on screen and share what we found
• - Book interested owners and managers straight onto the calendar
• - Log every call and booking in HubSpot

What you won't do

• - Quote prices or close deals (the founder handles every close)
• - Pose as a patient, send texts, or use an autodialer
• - Build your own lead list (it's done for you every morning)

Compensation (commission only)

• - 10% of everything the client pays in their first year: the setup fee plus 12 months of their monthly plan
• - That's roughly $1,000 to $2,300 per client you bring in
• - Paid out as the client pays: the setup commission the week after kickoff, then recurring commission every month for 12 months
• - No cap on how many clients you can bring in. Five active clients is about $400 a month in recurring commission alone, before any new sets

You're a fit if

• - You've done B2B phone sales or appointment setting before (or you can send us a recording of you holding a real conversation)
• - You can dial at least 15 hours a week during US Pacific business hours
• - You're calm with gatekeepers and comfortable hearing "no"
• - A background in healthcare, aesthetics, dental or front desk is a strong plus

This is an independent contractor role. You set your own hours, and there's no base pay.
