Job summary

ClinAds is seeking a U.S.-based, part-time Appointment Setter to book qualified meetings with owners or practice managers of U.S. clinics. You identify decision-makers, initiate the first conversation, and secure a discovery call on our calendar. Our team handles the pitch and closing.

The role is performance-based with no hourly pay; you’ll earn $100 per qualified appointment set with no cap on earnings.

Clinsight AI (ClinAds) helps small and mid-size clinics across the U.S. grow with AI-powered marketing: ads, SEO, content and patient acquisition. We work with dental, med spa, dermatology, chiropractic and other private practices.

The role

We're looking for a U.S.-based, part-time Appointment Setter to book qualified meetings between our team and owners or practice managers of U.S. clinics. You find and reach decision-makers, have the first conversation, and get a discovery call on our calendar. Our team handles the pitch and closing.

Compensation

• $100 per qualified appointment set, paid as a 1099 contractor
• No cap on earnings. Book 10 appointments a week and that's $1,000/week
• Performance-based role, no hourly pay

What counts as a qualified appointment

• Booked with the owner, doctor, or practice/office manager of a U.S. clinic
• The practice is an active business with a real interest in growing patient volume
• The prospect shows up to the scheduled call (no-shows don't count, but can be rebooked)

What you'll do

• Prospect U.S. clinics by phone, email, LinkedIn, or your own network
• Run warm and cold outreach and follow-ups
• Qualify prospects with a few simple questions we'll provide
• Book calls directly on our calendar and log details in our CRM
• Share short weekly updates on outreach and results
• Based in the United States
• Fluent, confident English speaker with a professional phone presence
• Experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or B2B sales (healthcare/clinic experience is a big plus)
• Self-motivated and comfortable with performance-based pay
• Flexible part-time hours that overlap with U.S. business hours
