The Voluntary Protection Programs Participants' Association, Inc. is seeking a scheduling coordinator for in-person work in Miami.
The role involves reviewing appointment requests, coordinating calendars, reaching out to clients, and ensuring accurate bookings for consultations with our health-benefits team. Strong candidates will be organized, comfortable with frequent communication, and able to manage several conversations without losing track of details.
Think of the role in three parts.
Review new appointment requests, open follow-ups, calendar availability, and clients who still need a consultation time.
Contact clients, offer available times, book appointments accurately, send or make confirmations, handle rescheduling requests, update contact information, and document useful scheduling notes.
Check that changes are reflected correctly, missed appointments have a follow- up plan, and no client who requested a time has been forgotten. These appointments connect clients with our health-benefits team. You will be taught enough of the process to understand the purpose of each consultation and when another specialist needs to step in.
Strong candidates are organized, comfortable with frequent communication, and able to manage several conversations without losing track of the details.
