Calm Water Bath in Cherry Hill, NJ is hiring a full- or part-time Appointment Scheduler to connect homeowners with our Design Consultants. This in-person role sits at the heart of our service model, handling inbound and outbound calls and timely lead responses to keep schedules running smoothly.

You will be the link between homeowners and our team, guiding appointments and delivering prompt, attentive service during standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in-office in Cherry Hill, NJ.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in home improvement, call center, or scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for Design Consultants and manage inbound/outbound calls.
• Respond quickly to new leads to avoid missed opportunities.
• Act as the liaison between homeowners and the internal team to ensure smooth scheduling.
