Job summary

Ken Ganley Sewickley Audi is seeking a friendly Receptionist / Appointment Coordinator to answer customer calls, schedule and confirm service appointments, and help keep the Service Department organized. Dealership experience is a plus but not required; training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional communication is essential.
• Strong phone and customer service skills.
• Good computer and data-entry skills.
• Organized and dependable in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Help customers with basic questions and direct calls as needed
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding scheduling needs
• Assist with general administrative and receptionist duties
• Help provide an excellent experience from the customer's first point of contact
