Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or take a detailed message.
• Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department and introduce them to the salesperson.
• Communicate with guests in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
• Schedule appointments for the Service Department and provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Ensure customer retention by delivering extraordinary service.
• Use a multi-line phone system to manage high-volume calls.
• Help achieve and maintain retention goals through clear communication.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
